Rehabilitation of the T.I.C.E. site at Esch-sur-Alzette

Description Rehabilitation of the T.I.C.E. site at Esch-sur-Alzette in two phases comprising, among others, the creation of a maintenance and repair workshop for buses, warehouses, stores and vehicle workshops, a bodywork shop and painting room, an automatic bus washing station equipped with water recuperation, a canteen and relaxation area with toilets, showers, a bus garage of 4,800 m² able to accommodate over 80 buses, a fuel station (natural gas and diesel) with a surface area of 750 m² under a partially closed awning, a 645 m² administration building and an exterior 110 space car park.
